  • NOVISI ZA: The Novisi Festival is celebrated annually by the Chiefs and People of Vome-Battor to support their self-help development programmes. They actively participate in the main Hogbeza of the Traditional Area.
  • TSITSORYI ZA: In 1963, the Battor Traditional Area experienced what is termed the Great Floods. Most Communities along the Volta River were almost washed away by the floods.
